Bis etwa 2019 habe ich hauptsächlich hier auf dieser Homepage veröffentlicht. Den Stand von 2019 findet man

Mittlerweile ist die Arbeit aber soweit fortgeschritten, dass es sich lohnt, das Thema in kleine und in sich abgeschlossene Abschnitte zu zerlegen und in Form von Journal-Artikeln zu veröffentlichen.
